When we saw the first wave of Toony Terrors at Toy Fair 2019 (seen HERE) we knew, instantly, they were a must-have. While toy hunting at Target, we gave the NECA section a quick glance and lo and behold there he was. All the Pennywise figures, both, were gone. It mattered not as we really wanted Jason Voorhees.
