October 1st marks the anniversary premiere of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Some may argue that the 4th of October is the anniversary, but die-hards know that the film debut in Dallas, Texas on the 1st of October, 1974 and it changed horror forever.
Now we know there have been several Leatherface action figures in the past. Hell, McFarlane Toys' original Movie Maniac almost took this spot, but when you look at the whole package, NECA's "Ultimate" edition outshines them all.
Literally, it is the whole package that we love about this release. From the box art to the interior, to the very accessories that Leatherface comes with, this is the figure to have. We've reviewed several of these Ultimate editions, that NECA, released and they are a cut above the rest. Leatherface, here, is a work of art. Thank you NECA!
