Hello Junkies! As you may or may not know, each month we bring you "AFJ’s Top 10 Hottest Toys". How do we determine the hottest toys on the month? Well, we monitor the AFJ closed Facebook Group and take note of what gets you talking and posting, for one. We also see what gets people crazy on our Instagram page. March was a crazy and slow month. We had pre-orders finally arriving at our doorsteps. Target finally put certain exclusives on sale, driving us to multiple locations for the best sale price (if any). We had one major convention, Emerald City Comic-Con, but little to no new exclusives. Now, this list is not just one Junkie's choice, as our Chief FB Admin, Rick "The Dark Knight" Alaia, Jason Nelson, our "Pop Guru", MJ Ortiz, "The Key Master", and Robert Trate, "The Jedi Junkie", all kick in their two cents on this list. Enjoy! #AFJ4LIFE
The following items are in no particular order.
John Wick - MAFEX - Action Figure
Is it that Keanu Reeves is hot again, with John Wick 3 and Bill & Ted 3 coming soon, or is it just the sheer awesomeness of this MAFEXT figure? We've come to the conclusion that is is all three. Order John Wick HERE from Entertainment Earth.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Cartoon Likeness) Two-Packs - NECA - Target Exclusive

The price is about $60.00, with tax, a piece, however, finding all 4 sets seems to be the problem. Take that into the typical SNAFU that is Target distribution and some Targets have too many and most have never got them. NECA and Target still need to see eye to eye on their displays. NECA sees money to be made where Target could care less what is in their NECA section (case in point HERE).
Muhammad Ali 1:12 Scale Action Figure- Storm Collectibles
Storm Collectibles is really nailing it with their boxing figures, yes, boxing figures. It seems to be the year of Muhammed Ali as MEGO has released one and now Storm Collectibles has a hot figure of the "Greatest". Everything from points of articulation to face sculpts screams hot! Order the "Greatest" HERE from Entertainment Earth.
Emerald City Comic-Con 2019 - Funko Pop! Exclusives

Popwise, there wasn’t a lot of new releases in March outside of ECCC. Of those, I’m partial to the Con only exclusive Pillsbury Doughboy, with a shamrock cookie because I’m Irish and my birthday is so close to St. Patty’s Day. I also love the FYE shared exclusive Buzz-Off. With Funko supposedly losing the MOTU license, it is the last one we’ll get. - Jason Nelson
Mondo Previews Exclusive Faker 1/6 Scale (Pre-Order)

Mondo, the awesome makers of all things awesome, have now released 3 Masters of the Universe 1/6 scale figures. We know that Faker, the evil robot He-Man impersonator, is just a kitbash of the He-Man and Skeletor releases, but we love him anyway. See Faker's full details HERE on AFJ.
Marvel Legends Ultimate Professor X 6-Inch Action Figure with Hover Chair - Hasbro

Finally, we have a decent Professor X with the hover chair for our modern day Marvel Legends. This one is pretty hard to come by at brick and mortar stores, yet you can pre-order yours HERE from Entertainment Earth and be done with the frustration.
The One:12 Collective Spider-Man: Homecoming - Mezco Toyz
Spider-Man has arrived and is quickly rising in price on the secondary market. If you missed out, on the initial pre-sale, which was forever and a day ago, we know there will be another Spider-Man: Far From Home release in the future. How can there not be? Marvel and Mezco Toyz cannot deny the power of his collectibility! Don't hold off on this one if you see your shot. He is only going to rise even further.
DC Primal Age - Batcave - Funko
I could write volumes on how screwed up Target's distribution of the Funko DC Primal Age release was/ is. Many sites and Instagram users reported them on the shelf before their January 18th release date. However, they were register locked. Then when the day came they were nowhere to be found (seen here and here). Now the figures have gone from end cape display to tossed into the pitiful DC section. Why does the Bat Cave get a nod in the March Hottest? It has now gone from $60 to $30 (seen here). With playsets few and far between, it is worth grabbing at that price, Junkies. Doesn't matter if you buy the Savage World ThunderCats, Mortal Kombat, or the DC brand, you need a good playset to display them properly.
Star Wars: The Black Series Gamorrean Guard - Hasbro
The Gamorrean Guard has been gathering dust for months. Initially, a hot figure he cooled down as random Black Series Target sales ignored him. In March he became a hot piggie again as he dropped to as low as $9.99! Check out our review of Gamorrean Guard above.
Kingpin - Build-A-Figure (Amazing Spider-Man Marvel Legends Figures Wave 11) - Hasbro
The Marvel Legends Amazing Spider-Man Wave 11, eventually, will be everywhere (a year from now). However, fans are clamoring to get the full wave for the Kingpin. The irony will be that Hasbro will probably release a black-suited version of Wilson Fisk in a single standing store exclusive (they've done it before, Thanos, Ares, ). Until that day comes, the BAF Kingpin is an insanely hot figure. Order the full wave HERE on Entertainment Earth and build him now.
